Congress 2010

Enough is Enough

Enough is Enough

signingI’m Angela Hicks, and I am not your typical candidate for Congress.  In my opinion, and hopefully yours, the fact that I am not a career politician, trial lawyer, or special interest advocate is a good thing. I am just a real person with a real family, a real job, a real community, and a real church.

Like many of you, I am concerned about the current direction of our country.  I have grown frustrated that pay check after pay check, quarter after quarter, year after year, I send the IRS my real hard-earned dollars so “smart Washington politicians” can destroy the fabric of America’s economy.

To get back on track, I believe we should say, “Enough is enough!”  We have to say NO to legislation that is an assault on the greatest health care system in the world, NO to a ridiculous Cap and Trade bill that raises taxes and destroys jobs in the name of Global Warming, and NO to the federal government turning a blind eye to illegal immigration.

But I want you to know that I did not decide to run for Congress to simply give a voice to the frustration of the good people of the 8th District.  I am running for Congress to solve these problems by using a bit of Middle Georgia common sense.  I am a Conservative that will say YES to a balanced budget, YES to the Fair Tax, YES to domestic drilling, and YES to border security.

I humbly ask you to join me in our quest to restore a new era of American prosperity.

Sincerely,

Angela Hicks

To get back on track I believe we should say YES to border security, domestic drilling and the Fair Tax.

And we should say NO to amnesty, cap-n-trade and their plans to destroy the finest healthcare system in the world.

Friends, 2010 is our last good chance to tell Washington that Enough is Enough...

Enough debt
Enough spending
Enough unemployment
Enough taxes
